This role focuses on solution design, configuration, and implementation across service and asset management processes.
**Responsibilities*** Engage with business stakeholders to capture service and operational requirements* Design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions aligned to SAP best practices* Deliver end-to-end service management functionality including planning, scheduling, execution, and asset-related processes* Take ownership of solution design and support implementation activities* Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery* Produce core delivery documentation such as functional designs, test scenarios, and training materials* Support the use of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) where required* Apply SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to enable effective maintenance operations* Contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability building**Required Experience*** 7+ years' hands-on experience delivering SAP Service Management solutions* Proven S/4HANA implementation experience within the Utilities sector* Strong understanding of Service Management, SAP PM, and integration with modules such as SD and MM* Experience working in a lead or senior functional role* Confident stakeholder engagement skills**Desirable*** SAP certifications in Utilities or related areas* Experience with EAM and full asset lifecycle management in S/4HANA* Exposure to SAP FSM in asset-intensive environments
