What will you get to do in this Account Executive role?
* Use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow using HubSpot software.
* Run online demos and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition.
* Target small and mid‑sized businesses in an inside‑sales model; this is a full closing role.
* Based out of your home office, with flexible or remote options in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities
* Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best solutions for their business.
* Consistently close new business at or above quota.
* Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid‑sized companies.
* Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
* Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
* Shape the future of HubSpot’s mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Requirements
* 1+ year of closing sales experience.
* Proven track record in exceeding individual sales targets, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
* Fluency in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a plus.
* Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
* Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
* Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President’s Club).
* Excellent stakeholder management exposure.
* Strong focus on goals and a proactive approach to achieving them.
