We’re hiring for a Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team Leader to support our growing Health & Wellbeing team
We are recruiting for a Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team Leader to lead the administration function within our Health & Wellbeing division. The Administrative Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of a small team of administrators while continuing to deliver exceptional client support across both individual and corporate health benefit services. The role bridges operations, workflow coordination, and client service excellence. The Administrative Team Leader will report directly to the Head of Health & Wellbeing and collaborate closely with a team of consultants.

* Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
* Proven experience in health insurance or benefits administration.
* APA Qualified (or working toward qualification).
* Minimum 3 years in a benefits administration or health insurance role.
* Exposure to Irish health insurance market and client servicing within corporate environments.
Using your skills, your duties will be:
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
-Supervise, support, and develop two Health & Wellbeing Administrators.
-Coordinate day-to-day workflow across the team, ensuring balance, efficiency, and timely delivery.
-Lead daily and weekly check-ins, set priorities, and monitor task completion.
-Coach team members and act as the primary escalation point for complex admin queries.
-Champion process improvement and consistency in service delivery across the admin team.
Client Retention & Conversion
-Oversee the renewal process for all private/retail clients.
-Proactively manage leavers from corporate schemes to ensure smooth transition to private policies, retaining business and revenue.
-Track joiners and leavers in corporate group schemes and ensure records and communications are accurate and timely.
Corporate Scheme Administration
-Liaise with consultants to manage onboarding, renewals, and reporting for group schemes.
-Support HR, finance, and employee stakeholders with queries related to schemes, benefits, and claims.
-Coordinate with insurers to ensure seamless plan transitions and policy adjustments.
Renewal Data & Reporting
-Support preparation of market reviews, corporate renewalcomparisons, and Excel-based benefit analysis.
-Assist with client-facing renewal presentations and reporting packs in collaboration with consultants.
Operational & Compliance Oversight
-Ensure the administration team maintains accurate records across all systems.
-Oversee compliance with internal standards and external regulations (CBI/provider).
-Facilitate accurate payroll deductions and benefit adjustments.
