This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving commercial growth, delivering standout campaigns, and shaping the future of sports marketing within a global agency network.
The Role
Lead and grow an established sports marketing / communications practice
Drive new business, revenue growth and client expansion
Oversee the delivery of innovative, high-impact campaigns across sport
Build and maintain senior relationships with major brands and stakeholders
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
Champion innovation and new technologies within the practice
What We’re Looking For
Senior leadership experience in sports marketing, PR or communications
Strong agency background and experience working with high profile, high net worth clients
Deep knowledge of the sports landscape and sponsorship ecosystem
Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and presentation skills
