About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Private Equity Department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide exceptional accounting and administrative support to private equity funds, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and financial reporting;
* To prepare accurate and timely interim and annual financial statements for private equity funds;
* To act as the primary point of contact for clients and external auditors on matters related to audit queries and regulatory compliance;
* To ensure all client service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory filing deadlines are consistently met;
