We have an opportunity for a Catering Supervisor / Duty Manager to join our Healthcare team in University Hospital Portiuncula, Ballinasloe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
* Support and supervise the delivery of Patient Food Services across our wards.
* Deliver, access & review superior service and maximise customer satisfaction & service recovery process
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback regarding products & service -ensuring prompt corrective actions are put in place where required.
* Support SOP implementation is in place for all aspects of service
* Monitor compliance as per Company food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
* Organise and manage shifts schedules / rotas.
* Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
* Train employees on SOP's and best practice customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have:
* Previous experience in a similar role or supervising in a fast paced catering business.
* An interest in in people and the drive to deliver exceptional service
* Experience in hospitality or catering background
* Excellent customer service & time management skills.
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
* A problem solving and solutions orientated approach with a flexible with can-do attitude.
* Garda Vetting is an essential requirement for this role
