Senior Automation Strategist Job Description
Lead and manage the technical team responsible for delivering automation and system integration projects.
* Develop and expand the customer base in collaboration with Sales Management.
* Recruit and onboard new team members as required.
* Review, validate, and approve automation system designs, control system architectures, and PLC/HMI/SCADA programming deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Management:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of automation, mechatronic, and electrical engineers.
* Ensure company procedures, workflows, and engineering standards are consistently followed for efficiency and quality.
2. Technical Oversight:
* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure all solutions comply with relevant standards and industry best practices.
3. Project Coordination:
* Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and procurement to align technical deliverables with project schedules and budgets.
4. Compliance & Quality:
* Ensure all system designs meet client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
