We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with Previous Fund AML/CTF experience to lead our Registration AML team. This role is central to ensuring investor records are complete, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, while driving process improvement and team development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop the Registration AML team, driving performance and accountability.
* Oversee AML/KYC compliance, ensuring all investor records are accurate and up to date.
* Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver an outstanding service experience.
* Champion change management and process improvements across operations.
* Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Report on AML compliance, risk indicators, and departmental performance.
* Act as an escalation point for client issues and operational challenges.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in Fund AML/CTF or Transfer Agency, including previous experience in leadership.
* Deep knowledge of AML regulations, investor onboarding, and fund operations.
* Strong client relationship, leadership, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with automation and workflow tools.
