Senior Search Consultant at Phoenix - Your Professional Search Partner
Phoenix Search has exclusively partnered with a global underwriter, who are market-leaders in their niche space, and expanding their first Irish operation.
The Opportunity
* Join a growing team in the Dublin office, contributing to the build-out of our client's first Irish operation.
* Work in a supportive, low-attrition environment with direct access to leadership.
* Flexible hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office, with flexibility for the right candidate). City centre offices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA, including law firms and insurance companies, with occasional travel to London for company meet-ups.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the team in assessing, reviewing, and managing claims.
* Preparing first drafts of correspondence including acknowledgment letters and preliminary coverage letters using precedents.
* Reviewing legal documents and due diligence reports to assist in conducting an initial coverage review of claims.
* Attending calls with Insured and advisors.
* Analysing claims data and producing reports.
* Liaising with advisors (law firms, accountancy firms) and insurer partners to ensure world class efficient claims handling.
* Assisting with file and data management.
* Assisting in keeping track of claims deadlines.
* Preparing reports, dashboards, and data summaries to enhance claims efficiency.
* Assisting in the design and implementation of automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
* Collaborating with the Claims teams in New York and other global offices to ensure consistent practices and data.
Requirements
* Ideal candidate has a legal background in a private practice OR an in-house corporate setting OR in a claims environment.
* Team player, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced settings.
* Skilled in multitasking with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Motivated, proactive, and builds strong relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept at navigating CRM and other IT systems.
