You build strong relationships with retail partners and become their go-to contact on the shop floor.You manage your own territory while working closely with colleagues in Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands. Some days you'll be out together, other days you'll work independently — always with the same shared goal: growing the Steel Blue brand in Ireland.You will:Represent Steel Blue in-store and optimise product presentationBuild strong, long-term relationships with retail partnersSupport product launches, promotions, and merchandising updatesShare product knowledge so store teams confidently recommend our rangeActively feed back market insights to the wider EMEA teamThis is a hands-on role with responsibility, variety, and direct impact.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGYou'll have experience in merchandising, retail sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role and be comfortable managing your own territory. You enjoy building relationships, working independently, and spending most of your time out in stores rather than behind a desk.You're organised, proactive, and take pride in how products are presented in-store.
