Project Leader Role
The Project Director will be responsible for the overall success of one or more complex construction or infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure operational excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and clients to implement strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead, develop and motivate project teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
* Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
* Oversee resource planning, allocation and project scheduling to optimize efficiency and successful delivery.
* Foster effective communication across project functions to maintain transparency and coordination.
* Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within projects.
Promote positive workplace relations, workforce wellbeing and diversity and inclusion across the project teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
