oac snacks is a fast-scaling, food brand making high-protein, delicious snacks that bring great taste and functionality together. We are in an exciting growth phase, expanding across retail, e-commerce, and brand partnerships, and we are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Community & Sales Manager to join our small, ambitious team.
The Role
You will sit at the intersection of community, brand activation, and commercial growth, helping us build deeper connections with customers and partners while driving sales across online and offline channels.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading community engagement and customer retention across digital channels (email, social, partnerships).
* Managing B2B and retail sales pipelines, identifying growth opportunities, and closing new accounts.
* Owning brand activations such as trade shows, pop-ups, and sampling events.
* Working closely with the founder and marketing team to scale our e-commerce performance, refine customer journeys, and grow loyal repeat buyers.
* Acting as a brand ambassador who is confident, creative, and ready to represent OAC Snacks with enthusiasm and integrity.
This role requires regular travel for events, retail meetings, and activations across the UK and Ireland.
About You
You are not just a sales or marketing professional, you are a builder. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take initiative, and genuinely care about brand and product.
You will bring:
* 3+ years' experience in e-commerce and/or the food industry, ideally with a challenger or start-up brand.
* Proven track record in community management, brand growth or partnerships.
* A natural flair for storytelling, salesmanship, and authentic connection.
* Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and activations (expect regular trips).
* A curious, innovative mindset that is ready to experiment, test, and iterate quickly.
