The Role
We are seeking a professional and highly discreet Security Officer to conduct structured weekly reviews of CCTV footage across our properties. This role is critical in supporting safety, incident management, and compliance across both hotel and late-night bar operations.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed weekly reviews of CCTV footage from all four premises
Identify and document incidents, breaches of policy, or health & safety concerns
Produce clear, factual written reports for senior management
Escalate serious matters promptly in line with company procedures
Monitor system performance and report any technical faults
Ensure strict compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations
Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in security, preferably within hospitality or licensed premises
Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems and evidence handling
Understanding of Irish licensing laws and public order considerations (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
PSA (Private Security Authority) licence (required if applicable to role classification)
Full discretion and professional integrity

Required Criteria
