Medical Device Sales and Innovation Role

We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to support and drive new business growth. This junior-to-mid level role is focused on outbound sales and lead generation and offers a clear path into a Technical Sales position within 6–12 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, your day-to-day will include:
* Identifying and targeting potential clients through research, email outreach, and cold calling.
* Generating interest in the company's development and manufacturing services.
* Qualifying leads and securing discovery meetings with key decision-makers.
* Supporting senior sales professionals throughout the consultative sales process.
* Collaborating with marketing to plan event attendance and coordinate client meetings.
* Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Representing the company at customer meetings and events (occasional travel in Europe).
* Keeping CRM records up to date.
* Working closely with engineers and project managers on client projects.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
* 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience (preferably B2B).
* Proactive, energetic, and highly motivated.
* An excellent communicator with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong research and multitasking abilities.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data tools.
* A team player who can also thrive independently.
