Offer description

To provide technical leadership and expertise in HR and payroll technology, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of related systems and processes. The role acts as the key technical representative for HR, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to bridge functional needs with system capabilities and drive innovation in support and automation. Based out of our Dublin headquarters, this position requires a strong commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical handling of all information.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Represent HR on technical calls with vendors and internal IT teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Configure, maintain, and optimize core HR and payroll systems, including MHR iTrent Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors (MWL).
* Manage integration between HR/Payroll systems and other enterprise platforms, including Workforce Software for Time & Attendance.
* Oversee technical support and incident resolution via ServiceNow.
* Plan, coordinate, and implement system upgrades, patches, and release management for all HR technology platforms.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, payroll legislation, and data security standards.
* Support payroll operations, including troubleshooting and testing.
* Manage and optimize the Aisera agentic AI platform to automate HR service workflows and enhance employee experience.
* Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

* Strong technical competence in MHR iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors (MWL).
* Advanced coding and scripting skills (SQL, Python, PowerShell).
* Integration expertise (APIs, SFTP, data transformation).
* Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
* Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Qualification and Education:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Certifications/Experience in MHR iTrent and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
* Additional certifications in data analytics, report writing, or integration tools (e.g., Power BI) desirable but not essential
