As the team continues to grow its European presence, we're seeking a talented Spanish speakingAssociateto join the Dublin office and support cross-border financial advisory mandates.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role working alongside senior team members on complex infrastructure, energy, transport, and social projects. You'll contribute to all stages of deal execution, from financial modelling and valuation through to due diligence, documentation, and client presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction structuring and analysis.Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, pitch decks, and transaction reports.Conduct financial, market, and sector research to support deal origination and execution.Collaborate with lenders, investors, and legal/technical advisors during due diligence.Support negotiations, project documentation, and internal approvals.Work closely with senior associates and managers on client deliverables and presentations.Candidate ProfileMaster's in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; CFA progress a plus.2–3 years' experience in corporate finance, M&A, project finance, or investment banking .Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.Why JoinJoin a firm known for advising on some of the most significant infrastructure and energy deals globally.
