The Supply Chain Planner role involves overseeing the management and optimization of supply chains with external manufacturing partners in a global industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and improve business processes for supply chain operations with External Manufacturers using appropriate tools.
* Analyze supply chain performance to identify root causes, drive improvement, and ensure optimal results.
* Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
* Facilitate supply chain operations by developing strong relationships with supply chain personnel in External Manufacturers.
* Act as project manager for setting up new supply chains or line extensions with existing External Manufacturers.
* Lead and own specific business processes such as S&OP, MPS, and MRP.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of operational or supply chain experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chains.
* Experience working across geographical boundaries with cultural diversity awareness.
* Proficient in English for effective communication within the company and globally.
