Jo's Absolute Nutrition creates tasty, healthy snack products for people who live life on the go. We're a growing FMCG brand selling into Irish and UK retail — energetic, fast-moving and focused on great product and honest marketing. We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to help tell the story in stores and online.
The role (what you'll do)
You'll be the face and creative engine behind our social channels for Ireland and the UK. Typical week (10–15 hours) will include:
* Create short-form video and image content for our social platforms like TikTok, Instagram (feed + Reels + Stories) and LinkedIn.
* Visit physical retail stores across Leinster to shoot product photos/videos and capture real retail moments.
* Plan and publish content according to a content calendar
* Edit, caption and format content for platform best-practice.
* Test creative formats and bring ideas to increase engagement and in-store conversion.
* Occasionally support small in-store activations / product demos and capture content.
* Monitor basic channel performance and share simple insights and suggestions.
Who we're looking for
* Experience with using and creating content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Comfortable featuring yourself on camera and confident on short-form video.
* Full driving licence and own car (regular travel across Leinster for store visits).
* Reliable, organised and good at working independently.
* No formal marketing degree required — attitude, creativity and practical skills matter more than certificates.
* No requirement for a large social following.
* We will provide hardware equipment (tripod, mic, etc) — you don't need to bring specialist kit.
Nice-to-haves
* Familiar with digital marketing tools like Canva.
* Experience using Asana or similar project-management tools.
* Basic video editing skills (mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, or simple desktop edits).
Hours, pay & perks
* Part-time: 10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling, some daytime weekday store visits).
* Pay: €15–€17 per hour.
* Equipment provided for content shoots.
