Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the onsite logistics team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies, balancing stock levels with demand forecasts.
• Oversee the execution of accurate and timely cycle counts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, planning departments, and external partners.
• Anticipate and define human, financial, and technical needs, working closely with site management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing teams in fast-paced logistics environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of numerical competency and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory transactions in ERP systems and international trade flows, including Customs procedures and Incoterms knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
