IT Support Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking an IT professional to provide on-site and remote support for our operations in North County Dublin.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in IT while supporting a busy operational environment.
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support to ensure minimal downtime across key systems and infrastructure.
* Manage IT assets, onboard/offboard employees, and set up devices.
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows, Office, VOIP, warehouse devices).
* Assist with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects.
* Maintain compliance with IT security and company policies.
* Occasionally provide out-of-hours support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We require someone with a strong interest in IT, good problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office. Experience with hardware troubleshooting and support desk systems is desirable.
* Knowledge of Windows Server, VOIP, and warehouse devices is advantageous.
* IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) are beneficial.

Requirements
Candidates must be based in Ireland, have full permission to work here on a permanent basis, and have access to their own transport. A full driving licence is required.
