We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of major construction projects.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and site teams to ensure smooth project progression, while maintaining a focus on health, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
* Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within the Irish construction sector.

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and Irish building regulations.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
