About The Role
We are searching for a Head of Partnerships EMEA to lead and manage regional partnership development with top networks, agencies, and technology partners in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in the mobile advertising industry and will have demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding business pipeline and revenue targets and building strong relationships with key advertisers and partners.
What you will do
 * Develop and execute a regional partnerships plan in alignment with company objectives to generate partner‑sourced leads/pipeline, support mutual customer success, and explore areas of joint business growth.
 * Lead education of Singular’s platform with regional partners to ensure that they are aware of key competitive differentiators, identify joint value propositions, and accelerate mutual business growth.
 * Lead and manage pipeline with existing reseller/referral partners; identify and sign new regional referral/reseller partners to align with company objectives; work closely with partners to deliver against mutual business goals.
 * Drive relationships with regional agency partners; provide training and ongoing education to agencies to help drive RFPs for new business and manage customer onboarding escalations.
 * Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to deliver against the regional marketing strategy by identifying partnerships that accelerate GTM and distribution efforts; support co‑marketing programs such as events, webinars, reports, guides, and case studies.
 * Work closely with partners to understand evolving needs with MMP and attribution partners; provide ongoing feedback to Product, Integrations, and R&D teams.
What You Will Need
 * Bachelor’s degree
 * 5+ years in sales, partnerships, customer success, or other GTM‑facing roles
 * Strong knowledge of mobile app and measurement ecosystem
 * Strong communication and presentation skills
 * Proven track record of exceeding sales or partner‑sourced revenue goals
 * Established relationships with strategic partner channels, including DSPs, SANs, agencies, and key thought leaders in the mobile app industry
 * Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment
