Role Overview
Our Global Corporate Transactions Tax and Advisory (CTTA) team addresses rising demand for sophisticated tax planning. We advise on high‑stakes, cross‑border transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, spin‑offs, joint ventures, internal restructuring, global tax planning, effective tax rate and cash tax planning, and operating‑model and supply‑chain strategies. CTTA works closely with A&M’s Corporate Transactions Group (CTG) to deliver seamless offerings across diligence, structuring, integration, separation, and tax accounting. The combined expertise of CTG and CTTA enables clients to execute complex, transformational deals with confidence. We are expanding rapidly and are looking to recruit at all levels into our Irish Tax Practice.
Primary Responsibilities
Establishing and managing client relationships
Dealing directly with clients to assimilate their tax concerns
Identifying areas of risk for clients and working with the Managing Director to develop risk‑mitigation strategies
Liaising with tax specialists in other areas
Providing advice on all aspects of transactions tax advisory work
Working with clients or the Managing Director to set deadlines and deliver completed reports
