Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator Dublin (Hybrid) | ? 12-Month Contract We're currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join a busy and growing recruitment team within a well-established organisation.
This role sits within a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, supporting high-volume hiring and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.
The Role You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment function, coordinating hiring activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from attraction through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate job approvals and advertising processes with HR and resource teams Manage candidate communications, pre-screening, and interview scheduling Support the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external hires Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and provide regular reporting Support early careers and graduate recruitment activities, including careers events Ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment processes Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Stay up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation ? Requirements 2+ years' experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of HR practices and employment legislation Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel ?
