MLR is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that will offer plenty of career progression.As the primary point of contact for tenants and property operations, you'll handle everything from rent collection and tenant relations to maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance with Irish tenancy laws.We're looking for someone with proven residential property management experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.A real estate or property management license is preferred and may be required.
