(Post Ref: MA116646)Details of ServiceQuality and Patient Safety (QPS) is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care that enhances the health and well-being of patients and service users. The division provides assurance on the quality of services delivered across the organisation.The role of the QPS Department is to:· Develop and support the systems, structures, and processes required to monitor, improve, and provide assurance on the quality and safety of care.· Lead and enable implementation of the broader quality agenda in line with national policy, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements.· Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation standards.· Support, facilitate, and promote continuous quality improvement across all services.· Provide assurance to the organisation on the delivery of the highest possible standard of care and service.
