About the Role:
Are you a student in Dublin looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around your college timetable?
We're a small family business called Night Owls Decorators. We maintain and refurbish properties across Dublin and are currently looking for two reliable students to join us in a hands-on role assisting with day-to-day maintenance and renovations.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is physical, practical work where you'll assist the owner directly. Tasks may include:
* Helping with renovations (e.g. sanding, paint prep)
* General painting and maintenance
* Clearing out houses, sheds, or moving furniture
* Basic gardening and outdoor work
* Fetching tools and keeping workspaces tidy
What Makes This a Good Fit for Students:
* Flexible shifts: Choose between morning (approx. 8:00–12:00) or afternoon (approx. 13:00–17:00) shifts. Saturday work is also available if you want to pick up more hours.

* Bring a friend: If you have a classmate who's also looking for work, we're happy to consider you both.
* Work culture awareness: We're looking for candidates who understand the importance of punctuality, personal responsibility, and working within a team structure. This role suits those who can stay focused, take initiative, and contribute real, practical value on site.
* Relevant experience expected: While you don't need to be a trained tradesperson, you should be comfortable with physical work and have a genuine interest in practical, hands-on tasks. A background in manual work, DIY, or technical skills is essential—we're not able to provide full training from scratch.
