The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and an organized individual who will join the team as an Assistant Buyer in the beauty industry.
You will have a passion for beauty products, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the buying team.
You will support the buying team in sourcing and purchasing products, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.

Main Responsibilities
Sourcing and selecting a range of beauty products based upon market trends, customer preference and budgetary constraints.
Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating terms and delivery schedules.
Conducting market research for emerging trends and competitor analysis.
Maintaining product database with pricing and specifications.
Monitoring inventory levels and sales performance.
Collaborating with cross functional teams to drive brand awareness.
Coordinating timely deliveries and assisting with PO's, invoice preparation and procurement documentation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, attending trade shows and industry events to stay updated.
Reporting – analysis of sales data, market trends, customer feedback and recommending product assortment and pricing strategies.
