About the Role:

You will be working face-to-face with customers, handling new business quotes, payments, and customer queries (phone and walk-in).
Your Profile:
* At least 1 year's experience in an insurance role (broker or insurer)
* Actively working towards your APA qualification through the Insurance Institute
* A background in sales and a genuine interest in helping people
* Comfortable working as part of a team, and happy to meet customers face-to-face
