Groundworks Supervisor Opportunity
This is an ideal position for a skilled Groundworks Supervisor to lead groundworks projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of groundworks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines.
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to manage groundworks activities, coordinate site staff and sub-contractors, and liaise with design teams and stakeholders.
* Deliver high-quality groundworks on time and within budget in line with the construction programme.
* Assess work activities and plan resources required in conjunction with the site programme.
* Manage and coordinate site operations, including labour and materials.
* Liaise with the design team, Project Manager, and other key stakeholders.
* Coordinate daily site operations and control of site resources.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade experience, strong leadership skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated.
