This exceptional opportunity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food offerings.
* Kitchen management responsibilities include rostering, purchasing, stock control, deliveries, and ensuring adherence to HACCP/hygiene protocols.
* A strong understanding of financial targets is essential, including gross profit, payroll, and costs.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaboration with other hotel departments and managers is required to ensure seamless operations.
* Focusing on efficient food preparation, waste management, and maintaining high standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as a Sous Chef in a 4/5 star venue with exposure to fine dining and high-end banqueting.
In addition to excellent culinary skills, the candidate must demonstrate solid kitchen management procedures, thorough HACCP knowledge, and exceptional teamwork and leadership abilities.
