Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support (Level 1) to join our team in Dublin.
The role focuses on day-to-day IT support through our ticketing system, resolving escalated issues efficiently, from login difficulties and printer problems to hardware repairs on tablets, laptops, and mobile devices .

Key Responsibilities:
* Ticket Management: Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming IT support tickets using our helpdesk system.
* Hardware Support: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
* Daily IT Tasks: Perform routine checks, updates, and maintenance across systems and devices.
* Starter Tasks: Support onboarding of new employees including account creation, hardware provisioning, and orientation on IT policies.
* User Support: Provide first-line technical assistance to staff in person, via phone, or email.
* eCommerce Systems: Provide basic support and troubleshooting for eCommerce platforms and integrations used by the business.
Qualifications And Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server is a plus
* Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint management.
* Understanding of IT security best practices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
