Overview
We\'re seeking a proactive Safety & Risk Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and reduce incidents across our transport network. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safer environments and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Champion safety culture and lead initiatives.
* Analyse incident data and develop prevention strategies.
* Attend and investigate incidents; produce reports for learning.
* Coordinate risk assessments and respond to safety concerns.
* Represent the company at public forums and stakeholder meetings.
* Organise Anti-Social Behaviour Task Force meetings.
* Deliver incident management training and support operations.
* Collaborate on safety campaigns and technology rollouts.
* Maintain safety documentation and support compliance systems.
Essential Skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
* Report writing and data analysis experience.
* Proven track record in safety campaigns and meeting KPIs.
Desirable
* Creative skills for safety materials.
* Experience in transport or incident investigation.
