We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Early Years Room Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality early years care and education.
Job Description:
* To lead a team of professionals in providing excellent care and education to children, ensuring their holistic development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar leadership role within the early years sector.
* Fetac Level 6 or recognised equivalent in Early Childhood Education qualification.
Leadership Responsibilities:
An ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff members while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
* Maintain curriculum planning that aligns with Aistear and Siolta frameworks
* Nurture relationships between colleagues, children, parents & stakeholders
