Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across road maintenance and civil works projects, including bituminous surfacing, asphalt, and infrastructure delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
Help monitor project costs and prepare progress reports
Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and framework agreements
Collaborate with senior QSs and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good communication and time management skills
experience on Irish or EU civil projects especially roads, runways etc.
