Duties and Responsibilities
1. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales department by providing administrative support and managing/organising engagement with existing and prospective clients.
2. Responsible for making and managing sales enquiries – arranging meetings, literature, tender support, designing presentations etc.
3. Responsible for designing and sending monthly marketing information to clients.
4. Assist with the project management of events such as Open Days, Media, Sponsorships, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows etc.
5. Assist in production of sales and marketing literature and company merchandise.
6. Responsible for the development of the Website, Social Media Posts, Advertising, PR distribution.
7. Assist with the organisation of client visits, organising the Senior Sales Executive's travel arrangements and follow up's with existing/potential clients requests.
8. Actively participate in development exercises such as training and coaching.
9. General administration, making bookings and managing calendars of key personnel.
10. Occasional travel may be required.
11. Wellbeing programme for staff.
12. Other tasks as requested.
