Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birdhill for a Health & Safety / Production individual.
The role involves risk assessments, implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety standards, training and coordinating day-to-day production operations and records that promote/maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team to promote safety best practices and production excellence.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the General Manager to meet production targets and logistical requirements
Supervision of production team on site
Support management in applying Safe Systems to work and daily Health and Safety controls
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Additional training will be provided for the manufacture of our product range
Required Experience
2+ years experience in a similar production/manufacturing environment
Relevant Level 7 qualifications in Health & Safety or related fields
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment
Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary
