You’ll lead a multi‑site healthcare retail business across Ireland, operating at the intersection of clinical excellence and commercial performance.

The role
As Director of Sales & Business Development – Ireland, you’ll:
Lead the Irish business to deliver commercial, operational, and strategic objectives
Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L and KPI delivery
Drive growth through network optimisation, new locations, and partnerships
Lead and develop high‑performing teams across multiple sites
Ensure delivery of high‑quality, customer‑centred hearing care
Work closely with central teams to execute strategic initiatives
Represent the Ireland business at leadership and board level
Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across the market
You’ll balance performance, people, and growth, ensuring the business delivers both short‑term results and long‑term success.
This is a high‑impact leadership role with strong visibility across the wider business.

What we’re looking for
Significant leadership experience in multi‑site retail, healthcare, or service environments
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and operational performance
Strong experience in business development, expansion, or partnerships
Full P&L ownership and financial management experience
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
Strong stakeholder management, including executive and board‑level exposure
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into delivery
Experience within healthcare or regulated environments
Experience leading transformation or growth programmes
Degree or leadership qualification
