Responsibilities:
The home care nurse provides clinical services to patients with a focus on quality, safety, and best practice standards.
A key element is maintaining accurate electronic patient records and timely report delivery after each visit back to the client and head office.
The home care nurse should view this role as part of a cohesive team where they utilize their clinical skills to provide seamless service while liaising closely with colleagues from various disciplines.
