We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance to end-users.
 * Deliver first- and second-line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
 * Conduct on-site troubleshooting for hardware, networking, and software issues.
 * Support and maintain desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a helpdesk or field-based IT support role, with proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
