Social Care Administrator – Nua Healthcare Services

Job Summary
We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development. Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users daily and contributing to enriching their lives.
Job Objectives
The role involves completing administrative duties in Nua's Residential Homes on a part‑time or full‑time basis. The position is suitable for candidates with a keen interest in administration, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Full training will be provided.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Management Team and relevant departmental functions.
* Support in preparing a brief of tasks and duties for the team to plan and allocate duties.
* Manage and book individuals' health‑related appointments.
* Update Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with the PIC, Deputy Managers and Key Worker.
* Update and issue Daily Planners, Key Working Sessions, Health and/or Behavioural Checks.
* Ensure Key Workers / Support Staff complete the Individual Finance Checklist.
* Maintain files up to date and organised.
* Type and share team meeting minutes through SharePoint.
* Complete all Incident, Accident and Daily Reports for the previous week.
* Ensure fire drills are completed by the designated person.
Qualifications
* Qualification: NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or related discipline.
* Knowledge of social care or a health‑related sector.
* Experience: 2 years' previous experience in a social care setting or health‑related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient written communication (report writing).
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Administrative experience.
* Proficient IT skills: MS Office.
