We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to provide administrative support on human resources matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence and contracts related to employee terms and conditions.
* Support the implementation of efficient HR systems and databases.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
* Establish effective relationships with departmental managers and colleagues.
* Provide timely information to the payroll officer and ensure accurate staff payments.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 months' experience in a fast-paced HR environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication skills, and high organisational abilities.
