Frazer Jones Ireland is partnering with a leading international professional services firm, operating across 16 countries, to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner based in their Dublin office.
This strategic role will support teams in Dublin, Belfast, and the Caribbean, working closely with the Managing Directors and senior leadership across the offices. With a collective employee population of approx. 140 FTE's, you will hold a standalone role for your regional HR responsibilities with the support of a global HR network.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position plays a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across the three offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
* Lead on employee relations and provide expert guidance on employee matters.
* Develop and roll out a robust performance management framework aligned with company values and strategic goals.
* Equip mangers with tools and training to conduct effective goal setting, feedback and performance reviews.
* Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop high potential employees.
* Facilitate workshops and learning experiences focused on leadership, communication and collaboration.
* Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction and development across all functions.
* Develop and manage reward and recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviours and performance.
* Design and implement structured graduate and intern programs, including onboarding, rotations mentorship and development pathways.
* Coordinate local training initiatives with the L&D team.
* Provide expert advice on Irish employment legislation.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
* Deliver key HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
* Lead and support local and global HR projects.
* Organize and manage local learning and development events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally within professional services/Law firm.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the business.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
* Confident in managing stakeholders independently and influencing senior leaders.
* Skilled in problem-solving, facilitation, and change management.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems.
* Must be available to attend office 4 days per week.
Salary: Up to €87,000 + Bonus + Health + Pension
This company operates a hybrid working model - minimum 4 days per week in office. City Centre location.
