In this role, youll play a key part in managing legal costing processes and supporting financial administration from case settlement through to file closure.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks from settlement of cases to closure of legal files Manage the costing of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Organise payments to clients, witnesses, and counsel Support the Cost Accountant with file management and costing-related admin Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database Requirements: Prior experience in legal costing is essential Background in litigation or medical negligence is highly desirable Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills
