We seek ambitious and motivated staff with the potential to develop and grow with us and who help drive our business forward.Job DescriptionReporting to the Plant Manager, this role will involve working as part of the production team in all aspects of the production process facility in a cleanroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking components into bags in the clean room environmentSetting up weighing scales each time a different product is being weighed and sent out to the packing room.Labelling product with correct informationMoving product from production totes to packing totes and labelling accordinglyIdentify any issues that may arise and immediately report to Quality InspectorTo consistently reach or exceed quota that is set on a daily basisWorking on set up of other products as requiredGood Housekeeping Practices and adhere to Plant Manager or Quality Inspector instructionsTo adhere to cleanroom guidelines and proceduresTo adhere to specified work practices and to maintain GMPFlexible for all manufacturing jobsRequirementsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsWhy Advant MouldingAdvant Moulding is part of Advant Medical, a UFP Technologies company.
