Maintain Accurate Records: Complete daily reports, update care plans, and log incidents in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Professionals and Families: Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive care.
Monitor Health and Well being: Assist with medication, healthcare appointments, and promote physical and mental wellness.
Champion Rights and Advocacy: Help individuals understand and exercise their rights, while advocating for their voice and choices in daily life.
