Oliver James Associates Ltd is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Business Analyst to join their team as part of a leading Financial Services client's large-scale transformation phase.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in finance and corporate treasury transformation projects, with a proven track record of successfully implementing TMS solutions.
About the Role

* TMS Solution Implementation: Design, configure, and implement the Treasury Management System (TMS) solution in collaboration with FIS, our implementation partner, while enhancing business-as-usual processes and controls.
* Partnering with Treasury and Finance Teams: Work closely with Treasury and Finance teams to ensure the TMS and related BAU processes are developed and optimized for functionality, reporting, audit, and control needs.
* Requirements Gathering and Translation: Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, ensuring they are of the right quality and delivered at the appropriate time.
* Traceability and Alignment: Maintain traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the entire product life cycle, ensuring alignment between requirements, user stories, and test outcomes.
* User Acceptance Testing: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the TMS solution.
