he Role
We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic Digital Web Platform team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll manage developers and help architect and deliver scalable web and mobile solutions, focusing on modern .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
You'll lead the design and development of API ecosystems, identity and access management solutions, and contribute to the integration of AI features into enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
1. Lead a development team: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to a team of full stack developers.
2. Design and implement solutions: Build robust and scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. Lead on API rewrites, Azure AD integrations, and CI/CD automation.
3. Drive AI integration: Identify use cases and implement intelligent features using Azure AI).
4. Ensure best practices: Set and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, and development workflows, including test-driven development and secure coding.
5. Collaborate across teams: Work with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to align development work with strategic goals. Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
6. Leadership experience: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring software development teams.
7. Strong .NET expertise: Extensive experience with .NET Core,, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented programming.
8. Cloud-native development: Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
9. Front-end familiarity: Working knowledge of Blazor, Razor components, or other .NET-compatible UI frameworks.
10. AI integration: Exposure to Azure AI tools such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Azure ML.
11. Agile methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
12. Database experience: Competence with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
13. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Azure certifications are a plus.
