We are looking for a visionary enterprise seller who can support the acquisition of new merchants for our B2B Wholesale business. You will strengthen internal partnerships and leverage those partnerships to transform the businesses of merchants in the Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial, and Distribution markets. You will bring a macro perspective to our growth and know how to drive sustainable, healthy growth.
What You'll Get To Do
1. Develop and refine a sales playbook to educate CXOs on Shopify's value, facilitating large, complex evaluations alongside Solution Engineers, Partners, Sales Enablement, Legal, Product, and Finance teams.
2. Design and implement multi-product pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, partnerships, and event teams.
3. Engage with merchants in Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial, and Distribution sectors to enhance strategies around unified commerce.
4. Provide proactive and precise forecasting to set clear short-term and long-term priorities with actionable plans.
5. Build influential relationships with C-level executives in large companies.
6. Attract and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, development, and consistent performance.
7. Support and drive Shopify's global expansion efforts.
8. Lead by example, sharing your expertise and experiences to inspire and guide the team.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in creating and scaling sales strategies and playbooks.
2. Demonstrated ability to generate multi-product pipelines and drive complex sales evaluations.
3. Experience working with companies generating between $25M-$500M in revenue and private equity firms.
4. Clear understanding of ERP systems and their impact on global manufacturing companies.
5. Strong forecasting skills with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
6. Experience influencing C-level executives in large corporations.
7. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
8. Passion for supporting and realizing global business aspirations.
