We are a long established and growing family business that manufacture high quality pewter giftware. We supply local and international gift/tourist markets and have retail and food departments at our Mullingar base.We are looking for a highly organised, ambitious, and performance-driven Office Administrator to join our team.
The position is primarily a part time administrative role, 3 days per week but with the potential of moving to full time if the successful candidate shows a keen interest. The candidate should have 2 years proven experience in office administration.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answering phones and customer queries in a timely manner with professionalism and courtesy
· Supporting employees with daily queries and admin tasks
· Answering customer and supplier emails
· Processing orders and supplies
· Data Entry
· Assisting general management
· Payment processing and invoice management
* General HR Administration (contracts, induction, payroll processing)
Key requirements:
· Previous experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) (required)
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
· Attention to detail and organization.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Fluent Oral & Written English (Required)
Experience/knowledge of Sage software is an advantage
